Rewa, Madhya Pradesh – In a proud moment for Rewa district, six students from PM Shri schools in Sidhi have been selected to participate in the Independence Day celebrations at the historic Red Fort in New Delhi on August 15, 2024. This unique opportunity allows these students to engage in a national event, offering them a memorable experience that fosters a deeper sense of patriotism.
Among the selected students is Aman Shukla, a class 11 science student from Government Higher Secondary School, Tikri. Aman, who hails from Parasi village just 3 km from Tikri, has demonstrated excellence in academics, achieving first division in his 10th-grade exams. His talents extend beyond academics, with a strong passion for the arts. Last year, Aman showcased his artistic abilities at the state-level National Art Festival competition organized by the School Education Department.
Rajesh Shahi, the Additional Collector, praised this achievement as a significant honor for Aman and a source of pride for the entire district. He offered his best wishes to Aman as he embarks on this prestigious journey to New Delhi, accompanied by his teacher, Rakesh Ratan Pandey. The school community is elated by Aman’s selection, which marks a notable accomplishment for both the student and Rewa district.
