On the occasion of Rakshabandhan, Railways are going to gift Rewa with a big gift. This is one reason a large number of people travel back home during the festival of Raksha Bandhan when brothers and sisters celebrate their bond.
The running of special trains for the convenience of travelers is in consideration due to the rush of passengers boarding and alighting from trains.
In this context, a special superfast train will be run between Rewa and Rani Kamalapati on 17 August. This train, including Bina and Vidisha stations falling under the Bhopal division, will terminate at Rani Kamalapati. There are a total of 22 coaches in this train.
Train Schedule:
- Train No. 02190 Rewa-Rani Kamalapati Superfast Raksha Bandhan Special:
- Departure: Rewa Station at 12:30 PM on Saturday, August 17th.
- Departure: Bina at 6:45 PM, Vidisha at 7:50 PM, and Rani Kamalapati Station at 9:15 PM.
- Departure: Rewa Station at 12:30 PM on Saturday, August 17th.
- Train No. 02189 Rani Kamalapati-Rewa Superfast Raksha Bandhan Special:
- Departure: Rani Kamalapati Station at 10:15 PM on Saturday, August 17th.
- Arrival: Vidisha at 11:08 PM, Bina the next day at 12:20 AM, and Rewa Station at 7:20 AM.
- Departure: Rani Kamalapati Station at 10:15 PM on Saturday, August 17th.
The stoppage of the special train will be at Satna, Maihar, Katni, Mudwara, Damoh, Sagar, Bina, and Vidisha stations in both directions.
The total coach composition of this special train would have 22 coaches, including 1 First-Class AC, 2 Second-Class AC, 4 Third-Class AC, 11 Sleeper Class, 2 General Class, 1 Generator Car, and 1 SLRD.”
